Parent Information

 

 

The creche has an open door policy for parents, who can gain access at any time to see their child or to talk to the Manager.

We encourage parents to settle their child into the creche when first starting, as this can be an unsettling time for some children.  Parental involvement is essential when there are outings to farms or the zoo or elsewhere, as the ratio is two children to each adult.  We also like to feel parents have an opportunity to meet staff and other children in an enjoyable setting.

There is a notice board in the hall displaying all the information relating to general information, daily menus, fire drill and safety procedures together with leaflets from the health board regarding infectious diseases and immunisation.

We also have regular meetings with parents to discuss any questions they may have in relation to their child’s well being.
